“Mad Men” actress Elisbeth Moss married “Saturday Night Live” cast member Fred Armisen on Sunday, according to Moss’ rep.
The couple said their vows in a small ceremony is front of friends and family at The Foundry in Long Island City, reports People. They married on the one-year anniversary that they met, when fellow “Mad Men” star Jon Hamm hosted “SNL.” The couple had been engaged for 10 months.
Whoopi Goldberg made the news public Monday morning on “The View.” Moss, who appeared on Friday’s show, said the wedding would be “soon.” Goldberg had the clip played Monday morning, and followed it by saying, "Well, they got married yesterday, so congratulations to the both of them."
Rumors that the two actors were dating came in January, when Armisen was seen visiting Moss on the set of the Broadway play, “Speed the Plow.” The two announced their engagement within days, reports the New York Daily News.
This is the first marriage for Moss and the second for Armisen.
