Sean Penn’s 16-year-old son Hopper, was arrested for drug possession, reports Radar.
Hopper was arrested last week at his high school in the Malibu area, after prescription pills were found on him. Few details have been released, as Hopper is a minor.
However, after an investigation, the district attorney has ruled that the drugs were prescription and in Hopper’s name. Therefore, no chargers were laid.
According to PerezHilton.com, there were rumours going around that Hopper had been kicked out of a former school after drug allegations.
Hopper’s parents, father Sean and mother Robin Wright, have been in the news after filing for divorce in August after 13 years of marriage.
