Grammy Award pop/R&B singer Justin Timberlake was granted a restraining order in court earlier today against alleged stalker Karen McNeil, who was accused of trespassing on Timberlake’s property on multiple occasions last month.

The Associated Press is reporting that McNeil represented herself in the case and she made claims that she had Timberlake’s consent to visit his residence, saying, "That was all lies. I did not break into Justin's house. I was let on the property.”

In late October, the court granted Timberlake a temporary restraining order against McNeil as a result of her alleged stalking according to Entertainment Tonight Online. The restraining order was extended from a temporary court order into a three year order that will prevent McNeil from coming within a specified distance from Timberlake for three years.

Timberlake, who is currently in the midst of filming a movie, did not appear in court for the hearings but McNeil, who was representing herself in the case, seemingly dug a herself into a deep hole with the jaw-dropping statements that she wrote in court papers that revealed her bizarre obsession with the popular singer.

McNeil wrote in the court documents that she believed it was her destiny to marry Timberlake and that she planned on ruling the world with him. The court briefly recessed due to a five-minute tirade by the defendant after the announcement came that Timberlake’s restraining order was granted.
