Rumors are flying that Pete Doherty has been arrested, reports NME.

Doherty just finished up a solo tour in Germany, where he has already gotten into trouble once. He sang the Nazi anthem during a concert in Munich recently, where he was booed off the stage. He has apologized, saying that he didn’t realize that the song was offensive to the crowd.

This time, Doherty was in Berlin causing trouble. He apparently threw a pint glass through a car window after a night of heavy drinking.

BILD talked to a bartender at a local club, called Trinkteufel, about the incident. The bartender said that Doherty was “drinking shots and constantly asking about cocaine” all night. He also said that he “almost threw Pete out too.”

A witness called police after Doherty broke the window. He was held in custody for three hours and was booked for property damage.
